Tuition Payment
Tuition payment is required by the accorded date on the contract or close of business every Friday, for the following week. Tuition payment can be made by cash, check(may check payable to Play With Me), or money order. A late fee of $10 per business day will be applied to all tuition payments not received by the close of business on Friday. A penalty charge of $15 will be applied for each returned check as well as any penalty charges assessed by provider’s bank. Full payment is required whether or not child is in attendance. Full payment is required prior to any vacation time, to cover the entire vacation period. (Unless prior notice in advance or emergency) Deposit A security deposit equal to one week’s tuition is required to reserve a space for your child. The security deposit will be applied to the last week of service, provided a written notice of termination is submitted to the provider two weeks before the last day of service. Trial Period The first two weeks of care will be a trial period. Either party may terminate service at any time during this period. The security deposit will be refunded if either party terminates during this period. The tuition for the week of care that service was terminated will not be refunded. Termination A two-week written notice is required by either party to terminate service, beyond the two-week trial period. The security deposit will be applied to the last week of service, provided the written notice of termination is submitted to the provider two weeks before the last day of service. Beginning at each child's specific time of departure there will be a fee of $5.00 per each 15 minute interval that a child remains in care. |
